How to test with MyWelltality

After the purchase of the Intolerance test, there will be a sample collection kit delivered to your home within 2-3 days. Please follow a few simple steps below once you receive the kit in order to activate your test with MyWelltality.

Items Included

Items included in your intolerance package are information leaflet, hair collection bag, your personal test ID (on collection bag) and an envelope to return your hair sample to us.

Activate your ID

Scan the QR code on the leaflet and fill in the activation formor click here on MyWelltality website. Your personal ID is stated on the hair collection bag. You will receive an email with all your information and an instructions on how to send out your hair sample to MyWelltality.

Collect hair sample

Comb or cut about 10-15 strands of hair and put them into the collection bag and close the seal tight. The hair should be cut close to the root. If your hair is shorter than 5cm, please double the amount for better accuracy. The colored hair or washed hair can be analyzed.

Ensure your details

In case there is any information lost please also state your Name, telephone number and / or email on the collection bag so we will always know to whom this sample belongs and how to contact you in case there is any emergency.

Ready to send your sample out to us

Put your collection bag with the hair sample into the envelope and send it back to us. We recommend to use the Thai post EMS service or other private couriers in Thailand.
