Thank you for reading MyWelltality blog, I am Philipp Auer, director of MyWelltality and I want to use this brand to bring awareness about intolerance and imbalances in the body. Today I want to share about my personal gut problems and hope it can help you to get your gut and overall health problems under control.

Why am I doing this?

Growing up as a happy kid, at my early teenage years I started to suffer from all kinds of stomach aches, heartburn, gastritis, constant diarrhea, bowel polyps, food allergies, food intolerance and as a consequence I often got moody. With 32 non of the symptoms improved, I even constantly suffered from heartburn and stomach aches, I got diagnosed with SIBO and a suspicion of Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). For all those years I consulted countless doctors but in the end it all came back to one thing, nutrition.

After all those inconveniences, pain and missed occasions due to stomach problems I told myself that this has to end now and I will get my gut back to where it was before all those problems started. After studying hundreds of medical articles and scientific papers about nutrition and its effect on the body as well as information about all kinds of digestive system diseases I want to share my experience and knowledge on how to improve certain issues with your digestive system and weight.

My goal is simply to help people with similar problems, give information about basic nutrition facts and how to improve your overall well being with a few simple changes to your daily food intake. The reason why it took me so long to finally work on my stomach is that I was resistant to any diet changes. However, when I found the food intolerance test I finally understood what my body cannot digest. This test pointed all the items out that even the doctor could not tell me. Since then I replaced all those items with food that my body can digest and I improved my health, well being and general feeling within just a few days. My energy is back and I don’t have to fear about unexpected toilet visits and pain anymore.
